Time was an hour off and my steps didn't reset from yesterday.

I tried to reset it, but it would not respond. It does not list the new update.

@Bookgrl50, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your step count and time. This may happen when there is a change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes).  You can restart your device as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.

For the time your tracker needs to sync so you can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
