Charge 2 steps, heart rate and calories not showing on account

My app for Fitbit is not showing the page which shows steps heartrate, calories  ect. It was working this morning but when I try to sync the page it says device not found! But if I click on my acct. it says my Fitbit connected and synced. I have full signal and battery on phone and my Fitbit is fully charged. Went into connecting Fitbit and it says that I already have a Fitbit charge 2 connected to my acct. Please advise

I will assist you with your missing tiles. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist then please setup your tracker as a new device (just continue as if you were replacing the Charge 2 with a new one).

Hi, thanks for getting back to me so promptly, I have done everything you suggested I do and it still doesn't show me the tiles, eg. Heart rate, steps, calories etc.
