Charge 2 steps not showing on challenge

I reconnected my charge 2 on the app and right now, it’s not accurately showing my steps in challenges. The challenges I’m we’re started on the east coast so the steps were accumulated after they started. So they should be showing. I tried to login a few time. I even uninstall and install the app again.

Let me help you with your Challenge steps. Have you manually logged any activities for the affected date? Manually logged activities won't show in the challenges. You can read more on how Challenges work here.
