Charge 2 still showing up on my Fitbit app

Hi, I have a really strange problem.  I owned the Charge 2 but recently got a Versa so I have been using that.  Everything has been fine and today I gave my Charge 2 to my wife.  We we just went for a walk and I took a look at my exercise on my Fitbit app and it showed 2 walks at the same time.  It wasn't a duplicate because the results were slightly different.  I also double checked and made sure the Charge 2 is NOT listed on my Fitbit app. 

 

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

Did you remove it from your Bluetooth as well?
