Charge 2 stopped Syncing and is not being recognized? Any Solutions? Dongle is not working either. it is not seeing the Charge 2. I was working this morning and now is it not.

Same here. Stopped syncing a few days ago, and I've tried everything (uninstalling the app, turning off bluetooth, disconnecting completely as a bluetooth device) and still nothing 🤷🏻:female_sign:

Mine stopped syncing on Tuesday and no matter what I try it won't sync 😒
I even unpaired it to repair and now my Bluetooth does not even pick it up

Check the message Sri_p logged a few days ago. Fitbit responded. I followed all their suggestions and something in there did the trick. It just synced now.
I updated my app turned off my phone. I restarted my fitbit while connected to its charger.
Restarted my phone and put Bluetooth back on
And FINALLY it synced
