Charge 2 stopped receiving SMS and phone notifications

Hi there,

I have a Charge 2 and Pixel 2 XL phone. My Fitbit has been receiving text and phone notifications just fine until December 2020. I don't recall updating my phone or app. Iv tried trouble shooting it and nothing seems to help. Iv restated the fit but, my phone, turned off bluetooth and waited, turned off my notifications then back on again. I'm at a loss.

 

Is anyone having this same issue and got it to work again?
