This past September I stopped getting a sleep score. I thought it was my sleeping but it is apparent that Fitbit changed something. Granted I am using a Charge 2, which otherwise continues to get the job done. Been a user for at least five years. So, what happened?

Hello @WildErnie, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information!
Please note that in order for you to receive your Sleep Score, you must receive Sleep Stages. There are a few scenarios that prevent Sleep Stages to be recorded or received, so I recommend take into consideration the following information:

On a side note, I've moved your post to another board to keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps!
