My Charge 2 no longer records the sleep stages. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, as instruction by support, but that did nothing. I restarted it multiple times, and that did nothing. Anyone find something else that works?

See Why don't I see sleep stages today?
Also daily heart rate graph on fitbit.com dashboard to see if getting continuous heart rate throughout the night.

I appreciate your response, but that didn't help.

Same thing has happened to my husbands charge 2. we flew to USA on 15 th March, and since then has only given simple sleep also heart rate details very irratic some days not recording at all.It did work for a couple of days whilst in the US but since returning to the UK has gone back to simple mode!

I'm really disappointed in the Charge 2. I had a fitbit one for several years before it died. I replaced it with the Charge 2, and find that it is not as accurate as I had hoped, but I really liked how it gave me the sleep stages. Now that it doesn't do that anymore, I can't say that I'd recommend it. Nor does the support staff help much. I was told to delete and reinstall the app, and that would fix it. It didn't. Then I was told to read the reasons why I might not get the sleep stages. Obviously, I made sure that I was wearing it correctly, that the heart rates was working, and I did everything else suggested before I contacted support, so their suggestion wasn't helpful at all. I am going to try one of the other trackers and just give up on Fitbit.

My Charge 2 has been working fine for many months in regard to recording the detailed sleep stages (on the odd occasion I get the simplified version), but this morning when I tried to sync (over 10 times) it refused to acknowledge any sleep at all (I did nothing different)! I have done the updates (not happy with these either as now I can't see my average weekly sleep hours easily, it's been replaced by a useless sleep score which means nothing to me). Please help as now my average hours for the week are going to be inaccurate. I have always sung the praises of Fitbit, but lately they seem to have been making changes for the sake of just making changes - 'If it ain't broke, don't fix (or change) it"!

I have the same issue my Fitbit hasn’t been syncing at all since September 16th. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app again to no avail. It’s extremely frustrating now as it’s keeping record of any of my workouts.
