Hi there,
I have just noticed my fitbit stopped showing amount of floors. It counted in the past and recently it's displaying zero despite the fact I am actually walking over the hills and also my flat is located on the 3rd floor.
I did a quick research over the topics here and seen some advices like cleaning small hole at the top of my charge 2 as well as restarting device and changing settings re displaying floors in my app. Unfortunately nothing helped 😞
Did any of you have similar issue? Is there anything else I could do?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not counting floors and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
