Charge 2 stopped syncing and now wont pair

My charge 2 stopped syncing last night after it shut off due to low battery.  Even with a full charge, it will still not sync and I am unable to pair the device.  I have tried everything suggested on the fitbit troubleshooting site.

 

Please help.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
