Charge 2 / iPhone 13, all software up to date.
My Charge 2 stopped synching unexpectedly last Thursday 8th August. I've been looking at forums but whilst there is lots of 'help and advice' there, nothing I can do has resolved the problem. I have tried turning the bluetooth on/off, the phone on/off, force closing the Fitbit app and most recently removing the charge 2 with the intention of reinstating it by 'adding new device'. All that's happened is that the app, whilst excitedly telling me that it's 'found my tracker', then proceeds to 'time out' whilst connecting. It's obviously charged as it's still recording steps.
I suspect that Google are not interested in helping folks with such old devices which is why I can't find advice from them that works. Google probably don't even monitor such posts.
So do I buy another fitbit? hmmm. Another load of money for something that might not work!

My Charge 2 suddenly will not sync since early August. Seems I am not alone. Perhaps plans for a new Fitbit will be cancelled for now. Lots of other makes out there!!!
