i cannot connect to my device.
i am running windows 10 on a lumia 535. it used to work about 2 months ago and i have tried a lot of tips on here -
deleted bluetooth pairing and paired again,
rebooted phone,
connected the tracker to the usb charging and reset 3 times.
in the app it says 'set up a device', which i then select charge 2 and it finds it, input the 4 digit pin and then it seems to be stuck on finishing up. it then shows a page giving instructions to delete bluetooth pairing.
any ideas what to do next? ive not had it a year and the warranty is soon up.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not setting up and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist after the troubleshooting I suggest you let our Support team know about it. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
