My Charge 2 suddenly stopped tracking my heart rate. Everything else is working fine.

My charge 2 quit logging heart rate 7/1 as well.  I read a suggestion to reset it 3 x in a row waiting 50 sec in between.  That did not work for me.

I tried that as well, with no results. We did notice that only one of the sensors seemed to be working. We had a warranty on it so we put in a claim.
