Why did fitbit stop tracking my distance?  I hear the cue during the run but it's not listed after?  Are they slowly taking away all functions??

Hi there @SC11, thanks for stopping by. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and How do I use the GPS on my Fitbit device? 

I was wondering if you're using another app to track your distance? Could you please provide me with screenshots about your distance results? To attach a photo in your post, click here. 

In addition, please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date.
