The whole time I've had my fitbit charge, it has tracked my mileage even when I'm not exercising(walking around the house or work). Sunday my watch ran out of battery and when it was fully charged again, it suddenly wouldn't track my mileage unless I started an exercise. It will count my steps, but doesn't show I've walked any miles. I didn't change any of the settings, I simply recharged it after it died and now I don't know how to fix it.
How do I get it to track my miles again even without starting an exercise?

@RUNitNOW , Welcome to the community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.
Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
You can find instructions for this here:Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?

Do you know if this is fixed? I have a Sense 2 and it worked fine until yesterday. Now it is tracking steps but miles is showing as 0. I did a hike on Monday it tracked my miles per hour, but yesterday when I did hike my miles per hour stayed at zero.

My mileage stopped working after the most recent update. Any luck with this issue?
