Charge 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

On April 24, 2022, My Charge 2 suddenly stopped tracking my heart rate, thus not tracking sleep stages either. Everything else is working fine. I have tried the reset, switched the heart rate from Auto to ON, sync and back to Auto sync, reset again,  restart phone. All this several times. The heart rate function  on my charge 2 is still not working. Help please.

After doing those steps , that drained my battery. the next morning I left my watch on the charger until it was fully 100% charged did a sync with the app and it is working  now. Make sure you wear your watch fot 24 hours for it to reflect on the app.
