My Fitbit Charge 2 stopped tracking heartrate. It just shows "--". I have reset it, changed the heartrate sensor from "Auto" to "On" and to "Off" and synced several times. I have tightened the wristband and also loosened it and moved it up my arm a little higher. I have deleted the device on the app and added it again as a new device. Nothing seems to work.
