Hi, I have a Charge 2 and recently, an app update showed a new feature, the Stress score, except that it shows no score. I deleted the cache and then data but still no score. Have restarted my phone too. Anyone else have this issue and found a solution? Thank you.

@Earth12u I have an educated guess. Exertion balance looks at physical activity. All the models that can give a stress score give active zone minutes, not active minutes. The Charge 2 and 3 give active minutes. Active zone minutes were introduced with the Charge 4.

@Earth12u I'm surprised that this even shows up as an option for you. The only Charge models that provide a stress management score are the Charge 4/5/6. Help article I think it might have something to do with the new app layout.

@Earth12u A different user asked why they could toggle floors when their device doesn't count floors. A moderator answered that the app is designed this way so users can see historical data -- a previous device might have counted floors. Your stress management score option won't disappear in a future update, so toggle it off for now. You obviously take very good care of your Charge 2. Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. They don't last forever. Your next Fitbit will offer a stress management score.
