Charge 2 stopped working and won't turn on

I’ve had my charge 2 two years and it’s suddenly stopped working,the screen is black and it has two flashing green lights that are constantly flashing cannot be fixed?

I am sorry to hear your Charge 2 tracker stopped working. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following: 

 

  1. The troubleshooting instructions including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
