Initially, my problem started by not picking up my HR during exercise. It looks flat for several long minutes - says for 30 min. I restart my Fitbit and it fixed the problem. Fitbit can now pick up the HR correctly. But it happens more often and I had to restart twice a day to fix this.
Finally 2 days ago. Restarting becoming a problem. It wouldn’t restart and it shows a picture of phone, a line of:www.fitbit.com/setup. It keep blinking and show some glitch. Nothing else could fix it nor restarting works anymore.
