Charge 2 straps break Charge 3 black screen

Unfortunately I can't fix the black screen problem with my charge 3 and my husband has the charge 2 and both these models straps break all the time. We nearly lost our fitbits because of this. Looking at the charge 4 forum looks like the same black screen problem. Question would you still buy fitbits?

Hello

Thank you for your email.


My watch cannot be repaired because the blank screen is still black after
trying everything. The factory reset means I don't have access on my fitbit
app - not synced, and because of the black screen I can't enter the four
digit pin 😢


After a night's sleep I decided to buy the charge 5 with the discount code
emailed to me by the person helping me on messenger but unfortunately the
discount code didn’t work even though it said- promo success 🥴


I've messenger with screenshots and attach them here too.


Should I cancel my order? Or will you refund me promptly?


Please help.
