Charge 2 stuck on set up screen and won t sync to phone

Help my charge 2 watch is stuck on the set up screen and wont connect to my app on phone. Which currently says it' synced!?!

Try a Restart and  do it several times if necessary.

Tried restart still no syncing with iPhone in last 27 hrs!! Any other suggestions? Thx

Hey @FoxgloveFen, welcome aboard! Let me ask you this, is the screen of your Charge 2 stuck as well or is it just not syncing? If it is stuck, and you already tried to restart it but the issue persists, I suggest you to let the battery drains out completely and once if shut off, fully charge it and restart it again. Now, if it is just not syncing, I'd like you to take a look at the troubleshooting stated in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? To fix this issue.

Hi my phone is doing this same thing .. please help .. I need some assistance !

I just updated my phone and now although it says it has synced, I have 0 steps for today. It agrees that I have done 10kms and 97 minutes activity just 0 steps. This is on my phone only (which I have restarted, Logged on and off and rebooted), the laptop's dashboard is fine. Please help!

Hey @Ladydis, it is great to see new faces around! If your Charge 2 is not setting up, I would like you to take a look at the instructions in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? If you haven't, please give it a try. 

 

@SunsetRunner, so after you synced your Charge 2, everything appears but the steps, right? If so, I appreciate the steps you have followed to fix this. Now I suggest you to restart your Charge 2 by following these instructions. Then sync it and all the data from your tracker should be transferred to your Fitbit account.
