Charge 2 stuck on update bar after charging

So I was charging my charge 2 Fitbit for the night, then when I woke up it said it was still charging at 10% battery life, but it was stuck on that image. So I went on the app and saw that it had an update so I updated it...well now it’s stuck on the update bar, but it’s a full update bar and it won’t go away!! I tried resetting it, turning off my Bluetooth, and even uninstalling the app then installing it and signing back in and then adding the charge 2 to my account again!! But nothing will work!!! It won’t even show me the code to add the Fitbit in my device because of the update bar!! It’s been like this for 2 days!! Someone please help!!

Thank you for your email, I emailed the support team and gave them all
the information. I’m very grateful you reached out to me, I love this
product very much! This has unfortunately happened before with my old
Fitbit and the support team has been there to help as always! I have never
experienced such a great customer support team. Again thank you so much for
