I swim, but for the last 2 days charge 2 will not let me record 3000m, the highest number it will accept is 999m

@Vmcl Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that you can't enter the correct distance for your swim sessions. Where are you trying to enter this information (app or website)? If you are using a web browser then please clear its cache and cookies. If you are using the app then please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Having the same problem for the last few days. Will only record 3 digits when I manually enter my swim distance over 1000metres.
