Charge 2 swim distance no more than 999m

I swim, but for the last 2 days charge 2 will not let me record 3000m, the highest number it will accept is 999m

@Vmcl Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that you can't enter the correct distance for your swim sessions. Where are you trying to enter this information (app or website)? If you are using a web browser then please clear its cache and cookies. If you are using the app then please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Did as you suggested,  logged out, turned phone off then on again, logged back in, NO change, still cant enter more than 3 digets. Looking at my previous history since 1st Feb all my exercise distance input has changed to 999m even when i have walked 10k!! Very frustrating V McLaren Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Having the same problem for the last few days.  Will only record 3 digits when I manually enter my swim distance over 1000metres.

@Maccaj31 it seems that this bug has appeared recently. Fitbit are aware of it and are updating the following thread with progress:
