Hello,
I had to keep my Charge 2 away for about a week as i had broken the strap. After I got the new straps I put the Fitbit for charge to 100% and and it worked for a whole day. But since it wasn't synced, I put it to sync with the app and during that process the device turned off. There is no green light at the back of the device. I tried plugging it into the charger and switching it on by long pressing the button when its connected to the charger but with no luck. Any suggestions what I can do to get it to work again?
