Hi. I have just got a Charge 3 after using a Charge 2. What and how do I get it working/syncing? Is there a step by step guide to switch over?

I'm not aware of a guide for this but the steps are not too complicated.
Go into the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device". Chose "Charge 3" and follow the prompts. It will step you through the setup process and add the Charge 3 to your account.
You will then have both the Charge 2 and Charge 3 connected and can keep it that way if you want, swapping between them as you want. Alternatively, in the same account section of the app you can select the Charge 2 and you will see an option to remove it from your account, leaving just the Charge 3.

I have forgotten my 4 digit code in order to switch from charge 2 to charge 3. I do not want to lose my charge 2 history. What to do
