My Fitbit Charge 2 toggles between notifications on/off and is constantly vibrating. I've tried the following:

 

1> As suggested in Community Help: I restarted it while charging

 

2> I let the battery drain

 

3> I unpaired/unsynced it from my phone

 

None of these issues have worked, and neither am I able to sync is with my phone again. Please help.

Hi there @Amibshah, it's good to have you in the Community.

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.
