my charge 2 is tracking perfectly fine. However, the app isn't syncing anymore and no matter how many times I hit the sync button or pull down the page to sync it nothing changes.

I have same problem all
of a sudden. Tracking my steps but won’t sync at all in challenges or on my other apps. Just stopped working out of the blue

I’m having the same problem. I restarted it but no luck. I have discovered that my Bluetooth can’t find my Fitbit. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Welcome to my world. I have gone around in the circles with a similar issue. My Charge 2 has been funny since Jan 2019, which it stopped syncing, but eventually I got it to work with my phone (Nokia 8 running Android Pie) again out of brute force (removing the device from the app, and sweating it out whilst it refuesed to be found/connected again). The unit still refuses to connect to either of my laptops of my desktop (all Windows 10).
I would suggest not wasting your time with the twitter support team, they will give you the canned response with a link to the troubleshooting page which will ask you to:
-restart bluetooth
-restart app
-restart tracker
-remove tracker from account and try to reconnect
-remove all bluetooth devices from phone and try reconnect
It is worth having a go, but the entire process can take a while, so it is frustrating that they continually ask you to try this sequence, not to mention trying to reconnect all your other devices if you get to the last step.
