Almost a week ago my Fitbit Charge 2 screen went blank. It tracks my steps, sleep, etc. I have tried restarting it and I get nothing. I've had my Charge 2 for less than 2 years. I've noticed that I've lost messages from friends. I'm going to let the battery die and then recharge it to see if it restarts. Any ideas until then?

Hi, mine is exactly the same. Screen went blank today and despite resetting it and it being fully charged etc, it’s still blank. It is currently still tracking all activities but it’s obviously pretty useless if I can’t see the screen. I contacted the Fitbit live chat but they just offered 25% towards a new device as mine is over 2 years old.
Any advice anyone?
