Charge 2 turns off, won't charge

Hi, 

 

Yesterday afternoon I noticed that my charge 2 just randomly turned off and when I pressed the button at the side it wouldn't turn on. I attached it to the charger and it showed that the battery was empty (although it shouldn't be as I regularly charge it).

 

I've left it to charge until it shows a full battery and unpluggef it. Within about 5 minutes it turns off again, when I attach the charger, again it shows it has no battery power.

 

Can someone help?

@Gusmcc It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
