Charge 2 underestimating bike distances

Today I rode over 20km (checked on google maps and used strava as a substitute) yet my FitBit only recorded 3.84km, despite recording the entire GPS route and time correctly. Is there any way to rectify this?

Affects me too.  Over the last two days, the Fitbit would not record my distance or speed when I rode bike.  It would record the time of the bike ride, and my heartrate and calories burned during the rides.  My Bluetooth is enabled, and I synced Fitbit on my smart phone prior to beginning my rides.  Don't know how to verify that the phone's GPS is working, although I believe it is working.
