Charge 2 vibrating & flashing notification on/off

My Fitbit is on firmware 22.58.00 and my app says my Charge 2 is current.  I will have had the device for 2 years this October (2020).  But, my Charge 2 is not working vibrating and flashing notification on/off or just display battery after I reset until the battery completely wears down.  I searched this forum and tried suggestions reset device and ensured the button one the Charge 2 is not stuck.  But cannot restore the device to see time, track steps and other 

 

My battery usually keeps a charge for several days with normal use, but the issues keeps the device on all the time.  Steps are still being tracked when the device syncs, but I am about to call it quits.  Is it time to switch to another device or can this be fixed?

Judging from the amount of advertisement I get from Fitbit, pushing a new Fitbit, I think it is a scam to buy a new one, which I will NEVER do.

I’m keeping my Fitbit on the charger for a bit longer in hope that Fitbit will FIX the problem! In the meantime I am using a cheap Virgin Plus one I got from my health care provider.

Also a coincident, I bought the THREE year warrantee, which expired 10 days BEFORE this happened. I think it is a scam.

Wake up Fitbit!

My Fitbit watch keeps turning the notification on/off and it vibrates, I have tried to turn it off and reset is but as soon as it turns back on the watch will just keep vibrating, I’m not sure what to do. Have you got any advice on what I should do?

Bin it and buy something else.
Fitbit haven't got an answer and don't care.

Hi @RicardoFitbit 

Do you know if Fitbit will be providing firmware update for the Charge 2 to address the issue with the notification vibrating and turning on and off? It seems that those having this issue are on 22.58.00. I too had gone through troubleshooting steps before posting on this page. This glick has caused the battery after charge to 100% to drain within and hour as a result. Just making it unusable. Thanks for any update!
