Charge 2 vibrating much more frequently

Why is my Fitbit 2 suddenly vibrating almost every minute?  This used to happen only when I hit my step goal for the day or got a text or phone call.  

This new vibration does not seem tied to anything and is extremely bothersome, especially when I am trying to sleep.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 continuously vibrating. This isn't normal if it is happening every minute. Please try restarting your device by following these instructions.
