Hey there- my Fitbit isn’t working and I think it looks like some sweat may have gotten inside? Any way to fix?

Hi @trishflan  try putting your Fitbit in a bowl of dry rice for about 48 hours. Then clean all the contact points on it and your charger. Do not charge it until after the moisture is removed, as that could fry the battery. Restart the device a few times and hope it fires up. If not, this is the perfect time sales wise to find a new Fitbit.
