My Charge2 is no longer able to reboot, and I can't get it to reconnect to my phone or PC. I tried removing it from paired devices and resyncing it, but no luck. At this point, I've removed the app from both my PC and my phone, but I want to restart the Charge2 before I try to connect again. When I hold the button it just turns Notifications on/off. Is there any other way to get it to reboot besides holding the button down. It is about 18mo old.

@Momster22 I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not restarting. I am not sure if you have the tracker plugged into the charging cable when you attempt to restart it. This is required to successfully restart a Charge 2. If you haven't done so this way then please follow these instructions.
