My fitbit has been working great for weeks and yesterday it went blank. I have tried to reset it and it will not charge. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

@amandap333 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
