I went to charge my fitbit and it would not charge. I had a new charger and it still doesn't work. I clean the connections with rubbing alcohol and nothing worked.

You'll be directed to contact customer support. They will ask you if you have tried all the various troubleshooting methods in their guide. You'll say you did, they'll put you on hold to check the status of your warranty, if it's more than a year ago you purchased the fitbit then you'll be SOL and they'll send you an email with a 25% off discount to buy a new device. I would recommend replacing with a different brand as this is the common fitbit experience as you can tell by reading through the forums here. Good luck!
