My phone and Charge 2 sync well but I have a notice saying that my Charge 2 needs an update. This update will not take place because I cannot connect the two together with bluetooth, if fact my phone does not identify the Charge 2 as having bluetooth. I have tried all the obvious things like restarting both devices but with no success.

I updated my tracker using my husbands phone but it still wont sync with my own phone.
