I have a charge 2, it used to be connected to a previous android phone and I had a problem syncing it. I wrote it off to I needed a better phone. I have a new phone, I have installed the app, the charge 2 will display the 4 diget code to put in the phone but when I do that it goes to the not working screen. any help would be appreciated

I have the same issue and tried what you said and it never fixed it. Is there anything else I can do
