Didn't change phones or anything but mine hasn't synced since Tuesday, April 9th. Tried removing and re-adding it, re-installing the Fitbit app, nothing worked. My Android (Galaxy S8) won't even connect to it via Bluetooth now.

I am having the same problem. My Charge 2 stopped syncing with my Moto X4 when my phone updated to the April 1 update of the app... their response was that my phone was no longer supported and "Since the tracker isn't syncing, we recommend using a different compatible device." I guess I'll have to find a new fitness tracker.

Uh, seriously? Neither my charge 2 nor my S8 are old. If this is their response I'll just dumpster the Charge and not buy any more Fitbits.

Apparently if your phone isn't listed here https://www.fitbit.com/devices it's not compatible. I'm SOL. I do see Galaxy S8 listed though, so maybe yours can be saved.

The thing is when I first upgraded my phone my Fitbit charge 2 worked and now it doesn't. I have a Samsung Galaxy A9 but am now wishing I stuck to an iPhone as I'm struggling to get on with it lol
