Charge 2 will not pair with my phone

Charge 2 will not pair with Galaxy. Bluetooth just recognises Inspire which has be removed from Fitbit app. Inspire will not switch off.

Thank you for your reply but I was trying to pair the Charge 2 to my partner's Samsung Galaxy A21s.  I already have a Charge 2 paired with my iPhone which I have been using successfully for 2 or 3 years.  We have tried everything but with no success.
