Hi all! So I have been having this issue for months now and figured I’d finally post about it. There’s no harm in reaching out to the community here, it’s one of the things I love!
Anyhow here’s the deal. I bought a Charge 2 HR and paired it with my iPhone 6S. And it worked fine no issues. I then changed phones to an LG G6. Again no issues. I am now using a Pixel 3A. It is running the latest version of Android. I have an account for Fitbit, my Bluetooth on, and location on. And the tracker won’t pair for anything!
I removed the device from my account and tried to pair it again. It can detect my tracker, I then get the 4 digit code. After that the circle just spins and it says “connecting”. It gets stuck there. As far as I know I cannot factory reset the Charge 2. I have tried uninstalling Fitbit, clearing the cache, resetting Bluetooth, and even resetting my Pixel 3A. You name it.
So my question is- what can I do to get the tracker to pair with my phone and work like it did before? Any help or support is appreciated. Thank you very much!

I don't see the Pixel 3A on the list of Approved Devices.
