My fitbit does not sync on my phone direct, only when i first sync on the ipad, then it syncs on my phone too. I have a Honor 10. Why does it not sync directly on rhe phone?
Is it possible to get a map of my exercise on fitbit? I have tried but have not founf it... 🤔

@Udden Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:
Let me know how it goes.

I have restarted the phone, the Fitbit, but nothing seems to help... my phone does not connect with fitbit. This is strange, because my phone synced with fitbit through my iPad, now I deleted the app from the ipad. Hmmm?

@Udden thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in my reply.
It could be that the link between your phone and your tracker isn't stable. As you mentioned, your tracker can sync with your iPad so we know it is working correctly and Apple devices are really friendly with Fitbit devices. I suggest you keep syncing with your iPad whenever you can so you can view your data anywhere else.
I'll be around.
