Any way to turn off a charge 2? Green light on continuously and battery used up in less than 12 hours

Hello @Mitch315
You can't turn off the Charge 2, but you can do a restart of the device. Maybe restarting your Charge 2 will address problems you might be experiencing.
To restart your Charge 2 just place it in the charger. While it’s being charged press in and hold the button on the side of your Charge 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Fitbit vibrate letting you know the restart is complete. Now you can remove it from the charger.
You can also adjust the heart rate settings on your Charge 2. Your Charge 2 uses PurePulse technology to track heart rate automatically and continuously. The Charge 2 Heart Rate setting has three options:
Auto (the default)—Heart rate tracking is active when you’re wearing your tracker.
Off—Heart rate tracking is off.
On—Heart rate tracking is on regardless of whether you’re wearing your
tracker.
😃 Hopefully this helps. Please let me know

If you use the Fitbit app, make sure All-Day Sync is turned off. All-Day Sync increases battery drain on both your tracker and mobile device. To find the setting, open the app and tap or click the Account icon at the top of the screen tap or click Charge 2 to see your settings, then scroll down.
