I have a charge 2 and all the sudden it will not charge. I get nothing when connecting to charger. I cleaned all connections so that is not my issue. It was charging just fine last week.

@Fairyeyes Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't charging and thank you for cleaning it. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes!

I did try all those things. It still would not turn on for me or charge. I found my recept and found it was still protected by an extended protection plan so I just shipped it off for a refund so I can get a replacement one.

@Fairyeyes thank you for the update and sorry for the late reply. Thank you for trying my suggestions and happy to hear that your tracker was still covered under the extended warranty. Did you get the device replaced? Are you using the new device now?
I look forward to your reply.

I’m having the same issues. I’ve cleaned the connections on the Fitbit and the charger. I’ve plugged it up to my computer and tried different usb plugs. I do not have my receipt or the original box. I’ve had it almost a year.
