My charge 2 will not show up under Bluetooth as a device to connect it. I have tried everything the Fitbit website has suggested and even deleted my app and turned Bluetooth off and on and the pairing off and on on the Fitbit app. Anyone have any other suggestions?

That is not how you pair a Fitbit. You have to enable notifications in the app and it will pair. otherwise, it will never show in your phone's BT settings screen.

Hello @KT002 may I ask what the issue is?
Is the tracker connected to your Fitbit account?
Does the tracker sync?
So you get notifications and the connected GPS work?
As @SunsetRunner has explained the user is unable to pair the tracker to the phone, they should see a rejected by the charge 2 message?

I am having the same problem. It was connected once and now it’s not working. My heart rate isn’t working either. Any suggestions?

@Loftie. I'm not sure what the problem above is, so imI'not sure what the same problem would be.
When you say it is not working, what is it?
Does the tracker show the heart rate?
You say tgattit was connected, did you remove it from your account? That would be how to disconnect the Charge 2
