Charge 2 won’t Sync with iPhone SE (1st Genertion)

Hi,

 

My Charge 2 stopped syncing with my iPhone SE (1st generation) all of the sudden.  I tried the steps outlined in this help article:

This didn’t solve my problem.

 

I’ve also tried the “Best Answer” in this topic multiple times:

Charge2 still won’t sync.  When I got to my Account on the Fitbit app, the device “Charge 2” is showing “Searching...” although when I got to Bluetooth section in iPhone settings, Charge 2 is showing as connected.

 

How do I resolve this issue???
