My Charge 2 won't charge past 80%.  I have reset it and tried removing it from the charge and putting it back.  Nothing works to get a full charge. Thoughts?

Hi @HeydyF

When I check my Fitbit I see the full white battery - and it will either be completely full or have a slight gap at the end (this is when it charges to 80%).

But I don't unplug it from charging until the battery icon goes solid white.

Thanks,

Bev

I'm having the same problem as &sherrblue

Thanks for your reply! For me, the Fitbit never showed itself as fully charged with solid battery indicator, and just kept showing the battery bar with lines (as if still being charged).

My Fitbit will only charge to 80 even after a few hours and changing USB ports. But when I open the Fitbit app it says it's fully charge. My Fitbit only lasts for 3-4 days because of this problem.

That's great if your still under warranty...but what can I do since mine has already been replaced once for the stupid bubbling rubber? My replacement now isn't full charging and now is bubbling too. #frustrated.

Mine does the same thing. I called tech support & after going through many different steps I was told there was nothing else that could be done to fix it. And since my watch was no longer under warranty, I was told I needed to purchase a new watch if I wanted a fully functional one. As of right now my watch battery life maybe lasts 24 hours.  When this one stops working, I am considering switching to a different company. As much as I love the features Fitbit offers, I have yet to have a watch last more than 1 year before something stops working properly. And I have a very hard time justifying having to purchase a $150+ watch that does last 1 year.

I have the same issue. I tried different USB ports and computer, no change. I only get 80% charge
