Charge 2 won't come out of charging screen

Hey,
So I bought my Charge 2 today, plugged it in to charge and when it said the battery is full I synced it to my phone. The problem is that the display seems to be stuck on the full charge icon ( a battery that is completely bold). I have tried de-syncing and re-syncing. I've tried restarting the fitbit itself and going through the set-up process again. Nothing seems to work
Is there something that I'm missing here or is my product just faulty?

Sounds like a broken device.

Fastest to exchange at the store of purchase with receipt.

Have you done a restart at all? Try doing it several times

If that does not help then take it back and exchnage it.

Are you saying that when you remove the tracker from the charger that it still shows the Battery Full indicator?

I'm having the same problem. This is Day 2 and it has gotten stuck for many hours on 2 different screens.  I'm so excited to have this Fitbit but I'm getting super frustrated.

Mine is doing the same thing! I tried resetting numerous times. A few times the full battery icon went away, however then is was stuck flipping back and forth from Notification On/Off.

It is also stuck on April 30. I saw some posts stating problems with firmware version 22.55.02. Could this be the problem?
