Charge 2 won’t connect to Bluetooth on my iPhone

It connects perfectly to my iPad. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I’ve checked software up to date, I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off, I’ve plugged Fitbit into mains charge to see if that helped. Any ideas gratefully received!

@Nicki55 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't connecting with your iPhone. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. Remember that the Fitbit app will handle the connection so you don't need to link it via the bluetooth settings. Also make sure that the iPad is off or in a different room so it doesn't interfere with the syncing process.

Let me know how it goes!
